Far enough away from the A30 to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to be an excellent central point for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.

This property and our stay was first class. For a holiday let, there was plenty of space and it was so well equipped. Certainly well located as a base for visiting places of interest in both Devon and Cornwall. We took our dog and he was totally at home. We recommend Hayne Mill Cottage unreservedly.

The cottage and holiday was fabulous. We four had a enjoyable holiday and looking forward to the next one. The owner was the best, so helpful and gracious. Also with easy access to the A30 in order to get to local attractions in Devon & Cornwall.
